In order to serve you better, we hereby present to you our terms, conditions/policies of service.

We value your patronage and as a company, we ensure that we fulfill our promises by delivering your goods on time.

Due to issues relating to logistics that most times are beyond our control, we outline few challenges, though RARE, but can cause a delay in shipping. However, we still promise to deliver at the speed of light.

Here are the few T/C:

1. Based on Federal Government/CBN policy on Foreign currency and International transactions, we do not accept any foreign currency. All payments must be made into the company’s Naira account with the exchange rate given.

2. LYTE EXPRESS does not ship with factory/suppliers measurement such as CBM or KG. We use airline standard measurement. ALL GOODS will be re-measured upon arrival at our warehouse/office in China.

3. Our Air shipping standard time of arrival is 7 working days but in some cases there may be delays that are caused by logistics issues such as clearing delay, airline delay and congestion at terminal.

4. Our Sea shipping standard time of arrival is 40 to 52 working days but issues such as shipping timeline shift or rescheduling and Apapa congestion can cause delay in sea goods. All these factors can affect the time of arrival of goods.

5. We advise that you ensure that all your item or goods are complete before leaving any of our offices or warehouses as we will not take responsibility of any complain of incomplete goods or item after leaving the office/Warehouse premises.

6. Our Office in China can pay your supplier, while you pay us here. We’re here to safeguard your money and also to protect your business. Our payment takes 3 hours after we have confirmed your payment in our Nigeria account (NAIRA).Meanwhile sometimes exchange process can delay up to 120 hours because of the unstability of the exchange rate.

7. We will not take responsibility for any fake/ counterfeit goods because we’re not the supplier, unless the supplier is a registered Vendor with LYTE EXPRESS.

8. For those who ship batteries/liquid/powder/magnet /chemical or any NAFDAC/ NDLEA/ Security and ATM or POS products, there will be an extra custom charges for such products. It happens once in a while.

9. Our Shipping rate changes due to updates of rates from Airlines/Shipping lines. We advise you confirm the rate but the difference is always very minimal.

10. Export Goods: All goods shipped will be delivered and sometimes a little extra charge will be demanded at the arrival of the item.

11. Our procurement is free but the customer pays for all the China local delivery charges and all the Bank charges. We don’t take any percentage for procurement.
We are not held responsible for the quality of the goods because we only buy what you sent through link.
Procurement takes 3-14days (in some cases 3weeks) which is not inclusive of the shipping period.

12. With regard to the federal government policies on VAT and TAX, In case of any refund 7.5% will be deducted from all payment at the time of refund.

13. Our sea+air is measured by kg but in some cases, volume weight will be considered depending the size of the cartoon/box. Air+sea goes with two shipping method and therefore last for 33-38 days from the days of shipping.

14. Our China office does not open parcels upon arrival ,therefore we are not held responsible for incomplete item,your supplier should be contacted by incomplete goods .
Except the goods was torn open by custom at the airport.

15. International exchange rate varies therefore it affects every aspect of logistics.
The rate can change upon the arrival of goods to Nigeria

16.due to abandonment of goods in our Warehouse.
Customers are hereby demanded to pay freight fee before goods are loaded and pay clearing fee upon arrival

17. Lyte Express do not pay for value of goods not declared, it will be calculated based on the kg of Volume in which it was charged with.

18. Minimum kg is 1kg, anything below 1kg is considered 1kg.
This is because the effort to monitor 1kg is more than the effort used to monitor 100kg
